You can delete your Kalea account and all associated data at any time. We offer two paths.
Option 1 — Inside the app (recommended)
- Open Kalea on your iPhone or Android device.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Account.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is queued for deletion immediately.
In-app deletion is the fastest path — it logs you out immediately and removes your data within 30 days.
Option 2 — Request by email
If you cannot access the app or have already uninstalled it, email us from the same email address you used to create your account:
We will confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days. We may ask a verification question to confirm you own the account.
What gets deleted

What stays on your device
Data you wrote to Apple Health (iOS) or Health Connect (Android) from Kalea remains on your device under your control. To remove it:
- iOS: Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Kalea → Delete All Data from Kalea.
- Android: Settings → Apps → Health Connect → App permissions → Kalea → Remove permissions. To delete historical entries: open the Health Connect app → Data and access → choose the data type → delete.
Subscriptions are separate
Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) and must be cancelled there:
- iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Kalea → Cancel Subscription.
- Android: Google Play app → menu → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Kalea → Cancel subscription.
